Korea A-Z: A Journey Around South Korea (Presented by: Jim Schneider)

We continue our journey with Jim Schneider and his friends as they try some Korean kimchi, visit Lotte World Tower, relax at a Korea sauna, and , get their fortunes told, sample some Korean ginseng.
Korea I: Insam (Ginseng)
Insam
: More commonly known as “ginseng”, this root is widely believed to improve all-around health and energy levels. Jim visits a traditional medicine market to see how many types of ginseng he can find. Then, he and Josh have a “day of ginseng” and experience ginseng in many different forms, from samgyaetang to facial masks.
Korea J: Jjimjilbang
Jjimjilbang: Is there a more relaxing place in Korea than a jjimjilbang? Maybe. But a jjimjilbang, or Korean sauna, is a great escape from the stress of the city and the pressures of work and everyday life. In this episode, Jim and Josh visit Dragon Hill, one of Seoul’s most well-known jjimjilbangs, to steam, chill, soak, eat, and more.
Korea K: Kimchi
Kimchi: If you know anything at all about Korea, you know that kimchi is a major part of Korean cuisine. In this episode, Jim and Josh go on a kimchi rampage, devouring kimchi in a variety of foods all over Seoul.
Korea L: Lotte World Tower
Lotte World Tower: Jim visits Lotte World Tower and considers the role that tall buildings play in our lives.
